Love this place! Fresh veggies and lots of menu options. The whole area is a fun place with bars across the street and bowling just down the road.

My go-to quick meal. Ive been coming to The Roasting Company on a regular basis for over 10 years, and it has yet to disappoint. The chicken is great, the sides are healthy and delicious, and the overall taste of the meals is very unique. I recommend the half chicken or black bean and rice con queso entree, with a Red Stripe on the side.

Delicious chicken!. The chicken was tender with a lot of flavor. I also loved the spicy mac 'n' cheese! I also got some sweet potatoes, but wasn't too pumped over those. But it was tons of food for cheap. The atmosphere is cool too, kind of a hippy, laid back place. Oh yeah...and I killed some sweet tea there!

Awexome Food!. Yes, so awesome it's awexome - With an "X"!

I love their food, especially the chicken con queso w/ jaco sauce - so good! It's a little slow for a quick lunch, but I'd rather get in trouble for being late back to work than miss out on their yummy food and sides!

Quick, delicious and cheap!. If you are not in the mood to cook but want something that is close to your mama's cooking - this place is it! They are really quick and the food is always good.

I love this place. Good, fast and healthy food. Very friendly staff and darn good sweet tea. I have been going to this place for over ten years and I absolutely love it. You cannot find better food for a better price anywhere. Plus, they are locally owned and alwasy play good music over the sound system.

Flavorful chicken and quite possibly the best vegetables in town.. In Short
Orders are placed at a counter, then names are shouted as orders come up. Booths and tables are mostly populated by T-shirted college grads; it feels like a dining hall with its utilitarian decor, but with far superior fare and microbrews. The menu is Costa Rica-inspired, with a host of rotisserie chicken and jaco pork dishes. Wings and chicken tacos are other favorites, as are inventive sides like smoked-cheese pasta and spicy cheese grits.

Best Food at any price. Some of the best, food at any price in Charlotte. I have not had anything on the menu that wasn't Delicious. Everything is fresh....They don't even own a microwave.

Love It!. Although I haven't lived in Charlotte for six years, I make a special trip to The Roasting Comapny each time I'm home (even if I'm pressed for time). The chicken and the sauces they use are awesome. I also love the variety of sides. I've never found anything else like it.
