Great service and price.. I just got my jeep repaired by stainbacks for the first time and I couldn't be happier with the service, or the price.

Just 3 weeks after I purchased the Jeep, my engine pretty much exploded at carolina place mall. My brother recommended stainbacks so I had it towed over. They were already closed so the tow truck driver left it in the drop off.

The next morning I called stainbacks and without having ever talked to him, they had already brought it in and assessed the problem. I thought it was going to cost a fortune but it was a simple fix and the price was very reasonable.

A lot of repair places probably would have lied about the damage and charged 10x the amount which I'm very paranoid about but stainbacks was honest and the price was excellent.

They even filled my car up with gas. Excellent service, excellent price, from now on I'll be recommending stainbacks to all my friends and family to get their cars repaired.

Excellent service. I brought my truck in because the ABS (Automatic Brakiing System) light came on and the petal was soft.

Jeff determined that the system responded from a urgent stop the day before and tripped the system into emergency status, but no repair was necessary.

Dealing with an honest merchant is rare, but this virtue is paramount with me regarding our vehicles.

Needless to say, Jeff will be my repair shop from now on and I will refer others to him.

Very Trustworthy. I have been taking my cars to Jeff at Stainbeck for about 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. He has earned my implicit trust over these past 5 years. Quite often he talks me out of service. For example my brakes were squeeking and I told Jeff I need the pads replaced, he called me after inspecting and said the pads had at least another 20,000 miles of like on them, that this type of car didn't go through pads like my prior car. That is one example of many where I requested service that he talked me out of. My past experience with other mechanics has been the opposite, them talking me into service that I don't need. It is so nice to have a trustworthy mechanic!!!! I recommend these guys to all of my friends.
