My Favorite Groomer's. I started taking my pair of golden retrievers here years ago when I got tired of bathing them myself. They do a remarkable and thorough job washing big dirty dogs. Now I have two little Maltese mixes who go to Cindy at Blue Velvet on a regular basis. They always go into the shop happy and excited to be there. The shop has an updated look and is always clean. The haircuts are top notch and Cindy treats them like they are her own little babies. My dogs seem to love it there. I would recommend Blue Velvet most highly to anyone for any breed of dog.

i do NOT recomend poor management. It appears as if the place is falling apart my dog was shaking like a leaf his hair cut looked really bad. I also found out thru public record that at least two of the employees have felony drug charges either convicted or pending.. very poor management i told manager what i wanted and it is not what i got. I am going to Canine Carousel from now on

worst place. dogs kept stacked in up in cages, it takes like 8 hours, HORRIBLE!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE

Kept my dog there for 7 hours with an appointment!!. I remember taking my dog to this place when I was just a kid. They always did a wonderful job, and were very nice. I've heard some new owners took over at some point, and now things are different. Recently, I made an appointment for early in the morning (they said that was the best time to bring her in) and got my dog there by 8:50 a.m. I filled out my information card and circled and starred my cell phone number for contact even telling the person at the desk to call me on this number. Well, they didn't call my cell phone, they only called my house...one time. Why ask for a cell phone if you don't plan on using it? This previous time, when I dropped my dog off at 8:50, I didn't get her back until 4:30 and that was because I went to their store. I had called to check up on her at 2 o'clock and was told that it would be at least 2 more hours till she was ready. Apparently, they mixed up my dog with another, and my dog was already ready. But why make an appointment if they're not going to start until the afternoon? I called another groomer close by and they said for 45 dollars they would have my dog cut in at most an hour. For 6 dollars more, I think I'll take it to the other place.
