Website is not an accurate portrayal - at all. I placed an order with them for an event at the Levine Museum of the New South. The woman on the phone was very helpful when I placed the order. Told me what I saw on the website is what will be delivered, if I upgraded there would just be more of the same flowers. I was happy with what the 'as shown' looked like and verified again that that is what would be delivered.

The flower arrangement was NOT like the website at all. Didnt look like a $90 arrangement at all either. There was no fullness too it - it looked very cheap. The vase didnt even match the picture on the website. I am embarrased that I ordered it.

I called to tell them that I was disappointed with the flowers and I did not get any sort of apology, no 'I am sorry you are not happy', no 'would you like a partial refund', nothing. She just kept telling me over and over again that she followed the 'recipe'. The lady that I talked to is the one that I placed the order with and she is the one that did the arrangement - she made sure that I knew that she was the one that did the arrangement and she looked at what the website showed to see what the arrangement looked like.

I just cant believe the arrangement that was delievered. If I could post a pic I would...
