Factory Direct is a Rip off- Do not shop there. Do not bother spending your money at Factory Direct. They are a rip off. They sell cheap product. The prices are not that good. They are taking advantage of the black community and the poor folks that live on the west side of Charlotte. If you go there, beware. They have a no refund policy as well.

Great sales staff. Ilove this place. I had an issue with something and they handled everything professionally and quickly. I read the guys review before mine and he probably damaged his own stuff! You can't expect to get a refund when you do that kind of self distruction! Anyway, I love them and I'm highly satisfied.

Complete scam.. Factory Direct is a complete ripoff. They will damage your purchases during delivery and sell you faulty items and refuse any sort of refund or exchange. And don't bother trying to get someone to help you; they will hang up the phone as soon as they realize that you've called about a faulty item. Unless you don't mind throwing your money away, you definitely want to avoid Factory Direct at all costs.
