Rudest Manager Mark. I have bought a couple thousand worth of goods in the pawn shop, For the last may be a year or so they have a manager "Mark" very unenthusiastic about the job he does and will look you up and down to rate if you are worth his time, Mark is very rude for the times that I have bought anything there since he was posted to the office I have almost had to beg for it. I know I am not the only one with this sentiments am sure this has been happening to others as well. The staff seem to be walking on egg shells with him as well, for approvals on bargains or rates. He might be in need of retraining on customer awareness.
