Excellent, Excellent, Excellent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1. Every detail to our dinner was done with great attention to detail. From our warm greeting, attentive server ( We hardly noticed his presence yet every glass remained filled, and every detail of service was wonderfully done, even down to the fresh, hot, ever present, bread). Kudos to the Chef. Our dinners were perfect in presentation, prep time, and taste! The pricing was very reasonable too! This was a special occasion and we left knowing we had made the perfect choice! We will be back! Though 20% is standard gratuity we felt they went above and beyond ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Worst Restaurant Experience Ever!!!. Some of the food was pretty good (although the parmesan encrusted tilapia needed seasoning) and the service was Ok.......before the bill was paid! My husband and I dined during restaurant week with a couple of good friends of ours and the night started out lovely. We ordered and our food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone stated that their meals were very good. Then the bill came and we were charged 20% gratuity on the bill for a party of 4! The menu only mentioned that parties of 6 or more would automatically be charged gratuity. When we asked our waiter about the charge he told us that they charge everyone that amount during restaurant week regardless of the party number. So we accepted the charge and paid even though there was nothing posted that stated this, nor did they mention this when we were seated. Once the bill was paid, the waiter brought out the receipt in the bill holder but our credit card was missing!! My husband immediately informed the waiter of this and he said that he must have dropped it on the way back to our table. We waited for approximately 5 minutes and the waiter came back with a puzzled look on his face and said that he could not find our card. By this time my husband and I were both uneasy and my husband informed the waiter that we were not leaving without our card, so he began to look again. Meanwhile, my husband decided to cancel our card to prevent any kind of fraudulent activity from occurring. 10 minutes later the waiter returned with the card and attempted to leave without an explanation as to what had happened. We addressed him on the matter and he said in an unsure voice that he didn't know what had occurred and walked away quickly. We were livid at this point so we asked for the manager and when she approached the table, she already knew about the incident and said that the card was found under some napkins. When we informed her of how alarmed we were that our card was missing for at least 15 minutes and our waiter's reaction was sketchy, she basically said sorry, is that all? Really!?! I couldn

wine wine wine. My friends and I love coming for live music on the patio! I live close by but never stopped by until a few weeks ago. I've been back 5 times since! The service has been good and the food is great. If youre a wine-o like me then you'll enjoy the wine list...and i'm pretty sure they sell it for half price a FEW nights a week. A friend of mine is hosting a bridal shower at the cafe in a few week and I'm excited about attending.

Wonderful foods.. My husband and I come all of the time. Sunday brunch is exceptional...Sunday is a family day so it gets pretty busy but its a nice quiet spot throughout the week and worth the wait on Sundays. Nice patio seating, good prices on wine...half off a few nights a week. Oh, and the salad selection! We really enjoying having something like Providence Cafe in the neighborhood.

Horrible!!!. We recently had my mother's birthday party there. First off they didn't cook the food as we had asked. The waitress was snotty and the food took forever to be brought back out. We met one of the managers who was dressed sloppy and had missing teeth!! yikes!! The service was horrible and the atmosphere was dull. We weren't impressed at all. Sad to say I wasted an evening at that horrible place!
