Unprofessional. We were required to use Something Classic as our catering company though our reception venue for our October 2011 wedding. We met with Jill ahead of time to pick our entrees although that was a waste of time because she decided to serve whatever she wanted anyways. As the bride I was brought the wrong dinner entree, Jill and her staff set the smoke alarm off in the kitchen at our venue so we all had to exit the building for 30 minutes which delayed our reception, the chicken entree was not even close to what we chose at our tasting, and to top it all off Jill decided to serve guests at our formal wedding in her sundress and flipflops. As we were leaving the reception her staff helped themselved to our centerpieces as well. It was a completely unprofessional experience from start to finish, and then top it all of she emailed a few weeks after the wedding looking for an additional tip.
