Threw away my Mower. I took my mower into the shop to be repaired at True Value Hardware Providence/Queen. After they reviewed it, I declined the work done on the mower because it really wasn't worth my money to repair the old mower. When I returned to the shop a few weeks later I was unhappily surprised to hear they throught it AWAY with out telling me. I was highly disappointed and was basically told, tough luck and to go on my way. Needless to say, their customer service is poor and I will never do business there again.

Eclectic selection, nice & helpful staff. Other reviewer is off-base. I have been there at least twenty times. Each time, if I have ever needed something, someone has offered to help me. The prices are very high, due to being in a high-rent district. The excellent selection and variety and convenience is what this business hopes to offer in exchange for rather high prices. They succeed on all counts. The staff don't smile vapidly all the time, but are very very helpful and courteous.

Very over priced. I have been here many times, I work in the area. A few garden area staff members are nice, but hardware staff are snobby and un helpful. Prices are way to high, can find the same stuff elsewhere for better quality and less money. Would strongly reccomend going somewhere else. Anywhere.
