Cockroaches on table, waitress didn't even care.. My wife and I went to Pho Hoa today for lunch and I will say we will never return. The waitress killed a cockroach on the wall at our table, by reaching over my lunch, and continued on like nothing happened. After reluctantly finishing our lunch, she rang up our bill. She proceeded to tell us $33 for the lunch and didn't even apologize for the cockroach incident or offer to take anything off our bill after such a disgusting event. When I asked if she was going to take some off our bill because of the cockroach, she looked at me like I was crazy and proceeded to take $3 off our bill. She then replied "$3 -- that's all I'm taking off". I was appalled, disgusted and irate all at the same time. We will never return to that place. If there are cockroaches at the table, you can sure bet there are plenty more in the kitchen.
