Owner Reqires Customer Service Skills. I recently bought a new construction home and the builder threw in free carpet. I knew what I was going to be able to choose from would be limited and cheap, but I could not believe the lack of customer service I received from the owner himself and the manager. I was expecting to deal with the owner, as he was supposedly my contact. Yet, before I barely made my way toward him, I was met with a snotty grimace from a distance and shrugged off. Another sales person took care of me. At least she was kind and had very good customer service skills. I then made my choice out of three types of super cheap carpet. Peeee yeeeew! I just cannot wait to rip the new carpet up and buy something better. It certainly will not be from this company!
