This is the worst STHIL dealer in Charlotte. They dont return calls, dont have accurate estimates for service, and didnt fix my tools correctly. I have been there 4-6 times and they underpreformed every time. I am ashamed to have actually bought from them. Go to another STHIL deal in Charlotte or the surrounding area.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE. These people have no clue as to what they are doing. I bought a brand new Scag from them less than 2 years ago and brought it back under WARRANTY because it was burning oil. They told me its a common problem just needs head gasket, so i went back 3 days later to pick it up and still same problem. Then i was told oh its the carb let me change it. Needless to say after using it for 1 day the engine burnt more oil than before i dropped it off. Now im being told sorry you need a new engine for $1050.00 and its not under warranty. the place looks like a junk yard and operates as one.They have zero personality. Shame on me for ever going there. So please people be very carefull. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

about oakhurst sales. I would never go back to oakhurst sales on monroe road they are slow mean and they have mechanics that are mean and ever since i have been going there the past 2 years i have always been lied to about when i would have my stuff back and the long haired beered guy that works in the shop has a potty mouth and has been rud to me ever time iv spoke with him.I tryed to speak with the owner and all i was told was sorry it wouldnt happen again but it has many times after that i would recommend STI for all your repair needs they are fast and very nice to you.

Outstanding!. I have had the pleasure of having these folks service my lawn equipment for many years. They are fair, honest and they get the job done right the first time. My only regret is they can't service my John Deere tractor because Deere won't sell them the parts. Many of their customers are commercial landscapers who depend on their equipment to earn a living. Go where the pro's go!

OAKHURST IS THE BEST PLACE FOR LAWNMOWER AND EQUIPMENT REPAIR.. Ive had excellent dealings with Oakhurst Sales for many years and found everyone very pleasant to deal with. They have always been straight with me on pricing and service.. I would not go anywhere else!!!

Be careful......you get what you pay for - usually. NOT here. DO NOT go here! The guys are liars and very dishonest. They will tell you one price to get you in the door and when you get there it will be a lot higher. They also smell like a brewery.
