Unworthy, and stinky. Stole my iPhone when I was going to get him his 8.50 cash last night outside halo, cops said call the cab company even though he stole it cause it was collateral, now im porked as it were, they shut off their phone and mine has been off...anyone know where HQ for speedy is?

THE WORST CAB IN CLT. I will never use again!!!! Called the night before to set up then called in morning to reconfirm. Speedy called me back before they were due to come and said they couldn't make it at all!!!!

Horrible Service. I have had several experiences with Speedy Cab. They rarely show up, and when they do it is always a long wait. When you call to ask about the cab, they have a standard answer "cab is 15-20 minutes away, he should be there soon". Yet, at least 4 times they never showed at all, had to call Yellow Cab (always on time-GPS). I never call Speedy anymore for any reason. I even had the driver tell the dispatch that he went to my location and no one was there (a flat out lie). Several of us were out front and the driver never showed - he was CAB 85!! I have no idea in the world how these people are still in business??? Bubbah is the only driver they have that shows up, and you have to have his cell number or you're out of luck. Their cars are always dirty and messy. Horrible Company and will never use them again.

Don't ever try this service!. I called to get a cab... The dispatch person told me it was going to be about 30-45 mins before they get here, I said it was not ok for me.. So he just hung up the phone and then called me back to tell me that I was a "*itch"! WTF? what kind of a dispatch person actually calls your phone back after they hung up on you to cuss you out just because the time of arrival wasn't convinient to you? DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE call yellow cab at 704 399 9999 - thats what I did and they were polite and on time

okaaaay. I only call cabs when its an emergency and I have no way to get somewhere. For some reason the phone number for speedy cab happens to have stuck in my head so when I'm in a pinch that's what I dial. I have gotten service from them a few times now. All but once I had to wait quite awhile. About a half an hour to 45 minutes on average but one time it was well over an hour. There has been two times where the driver just never showed up and I would call and ask and they would say that someone would be there right away but the driver wouldn't show again. Eventually I had to call someone to come pick me up. I have never been in a cab that was well taken care of. One even had trash all over the floor, one of the windows wouldn't work, and the AC was broke. The drivers have all been nothing but friendly however. If I were still stuck somewhere I might try them if timing wasn't an issue because like I said their number is in my memory but I wouldn't go out of my way and I wouldn't rely on them for anything where time was an issue.

Horrible service. I work at a hotel, and I had guests who had taken a speedy cab, they got here, and speedy cab had taken them to the wrong address, even though the guests had given them the address. I then called the comany and told them this, they said they would send somone over right away. 45 mins later still no cab, the guests were very very upset that they had paid that much for speedy and it was horrible service. I thne called another very reliable driver, and they came and got them within 15 mins, I then called the company back, explaining how dissapointed myself and the guests were, and he just said okay, and hung up on me. When all was said and done the guests had waited over a hour for a cab to get here, when it was speedy fault! This has been very disapointing.

DO NOT EVER CALL THEM!!!. I called for a cab and they told me that it would be here in 20 minutes. i called 30 minutes later and they said it was on it's way. i called an hour later and they put me on hold, then hung up on me. when i tried to call them back SEVERAL TIMES - they never picked up the phone. HORRIBLE BUSINESS - DO NOT USE!!!
