Good cab service. I have always got a very good service from King Cab guys. I recommend it as reliable.

Worst Cab service by King Cab in UNCC Area...... We waited for 1 hr and still the operator on the call was saying that she is looking for the cab and to wait for few more minutes.I will never recommend any one to go for king cab.

WORSE CAB BY UNCC. King Cab is the worse cab operating in the UNCC area. Waiting for them to show up is a 50 50 chance. They ALWAYS say they will be there 15 to 20 minutes, but in actuality you are lucky if they even show up. They are consistent with that. NEVER CALL THEM if you have frozen food. You are taking a chance of it spoiling while waiting. This company is the worse.

great customer service. I called the night before my flight left and the dispatcher was kind he accepted my appointment with no problem and credit card payment.
