great staff. recently boarded my sister's dog while she was out of town, they were so helpful to me as a non dog owner, the price was great and they even made sure he wasn't alone in the facility over night, had taken the dog to their monroe rd location. they gave him a bath and trim on pick up day with a little bandana, I would recommend them!!

Awesome Groomers!. My groomer Julia did a great job with my Schnauzer. The place was clean and it is obvious the staff really cares about the dogs. I loved it!!!

Very Good Pet Groomer. Have used both locations of Grateful Pets, but especially prefer the Monroe Rd location because it's close to Elizabeth. Have been very pleased with the groomers and the services.

Great location and Groomers. Started with Grateful pets a couple of years ago and was pleased then with the service. But recently I went back to them after having been gone for a while and wow what a change. They have moved to a very open and modern facility and are manned by professionals in pet grooming. This visit I was more than pleased but very impressed.

Amy and Michele are Great & Zoom-Zoom loves them. I have used this grooming service through 2 different owners and 3 locations. Michele and Amy who work at this location are the best. They are so gentle with my cat Zoom-Zoom seems to not mind the bath.

They have also moved to a very upbeat location closer to town. Chuck the owner has made improvements and also made some personnel changes. There use to be a groomer there that I did not feel comfortable of and that groomer has been fired which is a relief because I didn’t want to search for a new Groomer. Call Amy and Michele and give them a chance, I think that you will be glad that you did!

Looking good !!!. WOW ! ! ! We Love the new place, made the appt. and Amy told me you had moved. your store now matches the quality of your groomers keep up the good work Angie say's "bark woof woof grrrr !! " I think that means she loves her new doo .... Thanks everyone

Looks Grate-ful to Me ! ! !. I have been looking for a new groomer since Cathy moved to Teaxs and had been told by a friend to check these guys out and boy am I glad I did ! Amy and Michelle were very sweet and knew just what I wanted. Chance came home looking and smelling fantastic, they even brushed his teeth for free ! If you have a German Shepherd then this is the place for you

Professional groomers. Just wanted to let these wonderful groomers know what a wonderful job they done on ace ....he is a very long haired cocker spaniel & solid black .poor thing had numerous clumps of matted hair especially underneath .ask them to keep his fur as long as possible & they did an excellent job all the mats were gone & the rest of him was just trimmed very neat he looked wonderful .he is the most beautiful dog in the world AGAIN .. Thank you all so much will be back again next time my baby needs to be groomed thats for certain !!! Cathy C..

Life Saver. Desperately needed to have Ozzie groomed he's a lil yorkie 4 lbs 6 oz.. he has really bed skin problems ...& will scratch himself to bleeding ..He was in wonderful shape after picking him up skin looked wonderful & still does almost 2 weeks later .... I was soooooo pleased with the care he received ..Will definetly bring Ozzie back in for more grooming he needs tender loving care & he is soooo small I am elated at the care he received.. best boarding place in town. Looked all over town & was not satisfied with any untill I ran across these guys ...They were so attentive to my pitt bull they loved him dearly I boarded him for 3 days & when I went to pick him up he didn't seem to want to leave & they didn't want me to take him ,,,I actually had to leave them a pic to remember him by.... Thanks Cookie
