Mr. Frank will say anything to get the transmission out of YOUR car! Once this happens, he can charge whatever he wants to fix YOUR transmission. BEWARE!

always reliable repairs!.
I've had my vehicles serviced here, for going on 25 years, every transmission I've had done has always performed exactly as expected and the rates were always fair.
everything from my vans, to my sedans.
their free diagnostic, on the vehicles, spot on!
as I get older, I am happier and happier with the work they do, and their helpful attitude with my cars.
I run across a lot of people in my business, and I ALWAYS recommend them!

Very friendly. Took my aging car into Mr. Transmission to check a leak I had. The owner, Mr. Frank Norton, was very pleasant to deal with and very thorough in his exam of my car. Turned out to be a minor fix. Was very grateful for the honesty. A lot of places would have looked at an elderly woman and tried to take advantage of her but not here. They fixed my car the same day at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Mr. ( RIP OFF ) Transmission / you'll be SORRY. Back in April ' 11 , I made a $6,000.00 mistake by taking my BMW to this RIP OFF joint, aka Mr. Transmission. As of today, Aug. 18, 2011, my BMw transmission has NOT been repaired / fixed . Going into this, i was promised by the boy Frank Norton, owner, that I would have a 6 month warranty on this transmission. I was informed yesterday, that Mr. transmission would NOT honor their warranty. I ask for my money back & BOTH the girl who works at this rip off joint & boy Frank said no. I'll see their asses in Court ! - Rip offs - Rip offs
