This salon came highly recommended and was actually a nightmare. They guy who did my hair claimed he was in the business several years but when I specifically told him I was trying to get the red OUT of my hair he put more in. As soon as I sat in the chair I just knew it would be a nightmare and I was correct. This is the worst salon I have ever been to!

I SEEN THE PLACE WHILE DRIVING PAST AND THOUGHT TO MYSELF THAT LOOKS LIKE A VERY NICE, STYLISH, UPSCALE SALON...AND THAT IT IS! WHEN I MADE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT IT WAS WITH SUSAN, AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE SINCE. THIS IS A VERY NICE SALON THAT HAS AN UPSCALE TOUCH TO IT WITHOUT THE SNOOTY ATMOSPHERE, EVERYONE IS VERY NICE, NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND THEY KNOW THEIR CLIENTS ON A ONE ON ONE BASIS. THEY KEEP UP WITH THE MOST RECENT SYTLES AND COLORS OUT AND YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE HERE DISAPPOINTED, I PROMISE. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE AND HAVE TO A FEW FRIENDS WHO HAVE NOT GONE ANYWHERE SINCE.

I love this salon. I started seeing Janna back when she worked at another salon and have followed her since. She is excellent at cutting hair expecially if you have thick hair and she knows what she is doing with color. Every time I leave Fuze my hair is "the bomb". She has never messed my hair up once and I am constantly wanting to try different hairstyles. She really listens and if she isnt sure what you mean she will look at pictures with you to confirm. I do not live in Charlotte anymore and every 10 weeks make a 2 1/2 hour drive to this salon for a color and trim. And she is definately worth it.
