Good place (but giving it 3 stars). The salon is cool, very eclectic, easy parking, reasonable rates. Laura's haircuts rock. I'm giving it 3 stars because they have lame hours and the people who answer the phone are rude and rush you off the phone as soon as possible that is when you dont get the answering machine..constantly....

Salon h i t s the NAIL ON THE HEAD!. After spending many hours and multiple hundreds of dollars at salons like Toni & Guy and Carmen Carmen, I have finally found a salon that knows how to " h i t the nail on the head!" Yes, they carefully listened and for the first time in 3 years I have found a salon that delivers! When I went to the OTHER salons, I'd leave with a "dandy" hairstyle that none of my friends could tell was NEW. When I left B A N G B A N G SALON, people I did not know would comment, "Cool HAIR!" And yes, my friends noticed immediately and from a distance that I had a drastic IMPROVEMENT! Don't waste your time or money at the other salons unless you want to keep looking like you've always looked! Go where they H I T THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! Go to B A N G B A N G SALON! fabulous service, fabulous staff!. They repaired a horrrible haircut given by Modern salon and made it so I could work with it through the grow out. Laura even tossed in a little bottle of a product I wanted that they were out of from her station for free! I feel confident that she can get me through this grow out with a minimum of hassle, especially after she talked me through the process and explained what would work with my hair type and face shape!

I love Bang Bang!!. I was very scared to find a salon in Charlotte - I am picky about my hair! Melodi at Bang Bang listened to everything I had to say and carefully helped me decide how best to style my hair. Amee is a great Esthetician - I have a place where everything can be done, eyebrows, bikini and hair!!! I love Bang Bang - Atmosphere, Staff, Value are all there.
