Wonderful food and service

The contact person that we worked with was always available to offer answers, support, and solutions on the journey to our wedding reception. The food was delicious and our guests loved the variety of items offered from their chef. I would recommend this very competent catering service to any of my friends, co-workers or neighbors for their events.

The best catering in Charlotte

I recently used Best Impressions Catering for an event on October 30th. This was not the first time I have used this company. My husband and I have used them numerous times over a number of years for varying events. This time was no different than all the others...the food was incredible and the service was perfect. Best Impressions owner Dave Byron goes out of his way to make sure that every event does not just meet his clients expectations but far exceeds it. This is true with his management staff as well. I know when Best Impressions is handling an event that it will be beautifully orchestrated and professionally handled. They also do an incredible job making sure that your menu is perfect and will customize it to your budget as well recommending which foods best accomplish the overall feel of your event. The Best Impressions staff will send you a printed menu of the event so there is never any question as to what was agreed upon and what you can expect. If you are looking for a caterer to deliver an experience not just food, I would look no further. Thank you Best Impressions!

Poor customer service

I used Best impressions for my wedding this past weekend. The food was great and the service at the wedding was great. However, I had entirely too many problems working with the company leading up to my wedding. Any good caterer would be on their toes and call the bride if there were any questions. I was the one doing all the calling. Any email that was sent never got a reply. And when I called 2 days before my wedding I never got a returned phone call! If it were'nt for the staff working for the man in charge I would have given this an even lower score.

- Cons: poor customer service, very pricey
