Wonderful Boutique with a Great Staff and Superior Prices!. I cannot begin to tell you how much I loved my J. Majors experience. I call it an experience because buying a wedding dress really is an experience from beginning to end. I felt that the entire staff at J. Majors stood by me from beginning to end. They always made me feel at home and the shop is beautiful and easy to navigate with dresses being grouped by designers. Everyone that I worked with was wonderful. I just can't rave about them enough. I would actually love to work there myself because I had such a positive experience, I would love to share that experience with other brides! I would suggest that all NC and SC brides check out J. Majors as I KNOW that you will be back!

Another rave review!. Everyone I came into contact with at J.Majors was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I always felt like I was the only customer in the store. The staff always made sure that every detail was correct and when the bustle was incorrect the week before the wedding, the staff responded quickly to fix the mistake. The staff knew my face, name, dress, and veil and always greeted me with a smile. And since I planned my Charlotte wedding from New York, I especially appreciated that they returned my phone calls promptly. I loved working with J Majors!

Bad experience..... The staff and owner of J. Majors are incredibly friendly, but I felt that the current business was too much for the staff to handle. My custom dress was ordered and made incorrectly. Instead of remaking the correct dress, they attempted to alter the current dress. My dress was also shipped to the wrong bride out of state. After rounds of alterations, I took my dress to a different tailor to fix it. The person was not happy with the work that had been done on the dress, as the work was not of high quality. I don't like giving negative reviews to such friendly people, but I would be cautious when ordering a dress with J. Majors.

Best bridal boutique we've been to yet!. I can't rave enough about J Major's. Today we traveled 3 hours from Raleigh and it was way more than worth the drive!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, which seems hard to come by in the bridal shop business. The manager Shea was a dream to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying two sample dresses at a discount and I couldn't be more pleased with they way they do business. You will not be disappointed!

Great experience!! Highly recommended. They are very kind and helpful. This is the way a bridal shop is supposed to be. They make you feel special and are very helpful. I only went here for alterations but I had an amazing experience every time I went. They only do alterations on Thursday but they did a great job. I couldn't tell that my dress had been altered. Great atmosphere and service. If you have any problems with them they always try to fix it and always want to make you happy. Please go here for alterations or to find your dress.

AMAZING!!!!!. After two horribly, nightmarish experiences at Davids Bridal and Mecklenburg Bridal Gallery, I came to J.Majors and had the most amazing experience ever! They offered us drinks the minute we cam through the door and gave us their undivided attention for the two hr appt. I had! We were allowed to take pictures of the dresses and were able to take our time trying things on! They have been so accomidating since my visit every time I call I am always given the best service! I LOVE this place!

Best Bridal Store. Gorgeous dresses and a fabulous staff to work with! They are friendly, helpful and extremely patient! By far the BEST bridal store in Charlotte!

Best Customer Service. My experience with JMajors was remarkable. The service was incredible (prompt, professional, friendly, even caring). They made a point to remember your face/situation/wedding and were always eager to help or provide suggestions without being pushy. After visiting many bridal boutiques, this one stood out as unique in the sense that I felt like I was among friends each time I visited. Love them!

Best Customer Service I've Experienced. I was looking for a Nicole Miller dress that I had found online and couldn't find it anywhere in stores. I emailed J Majors and got an immediate response - they were extremely helpful and were able to order the dress for me in plenty of time for my wedding. Throughout the experience, the people there were very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to any bride!

Wonderful Experience. This is truly the best place to go to either find a bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, or just have your alterations done here. They were so nice, extremely helpful and just a joy to be around. After having a terrible run in with LaBella Sposa over some bridesmaid dresses, the staff at J Majors have done everything in their power to get my bridesmaid dresses in. I wish I could turn time around and buy everything from J Majors, and whenever my girlfriends get married I will definitely recommend J Majors to them. They are located on Park Rd. and if you want an easy dress experience go there. Truly the best customer service I have ever had.
