Love, Love, LOVE!. I have found my salon! Charlton at Paragon is absolutely fabulous! He took so much time with me making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for out of my cut and color. I have received so many compliments and am beyond pleased with his work. Everyone at Paragon is friendly and welcoming. If you are searching for someone you can trust with your hair, look no further.

Finally found my Salon!!!. After living in Charlotte for 9 years now, I can say I have finally found a salon that feels like home. I have been to many salons in the Charlotte area and can honestly say that Paragon has been the friendliest. The staff were all great and Charlton gave me the cutest cut with color and highlights that compliment! It was the most fun I've ever had in a salon and everyone I saw coming out of the salon had the most gorgeous cut and style. I don't think you could go wrong here and I highly recommend Charlton who took his time assessing the right cut for me and made me feel like a million bucks! I also love that they sale my favorite Kevin Murphy products! Look forward to my next visit!

Obessed!. Cannot say enough about the service and expertise of this salon...it's fantastic! After being referred to Rob by three different people, I finally called for an appointment and have yet to be disappointed with the cut, color or style. Super fun atmosphere and positive vibe. Love being a Paragon customer!

Client focused and friendly. Have been a "client" for several years now. They always respect my time and treat me like a queen! Rob makes suggestions for subtle changes that improve the style and color as seasons change, but always with my preference in mind. Now Ashley does my daughter's hair and the first time she wanted a change in the highlights. Paragon staff worked together to figure out what needed to be done to get the natural look my daughter wanted. They could not have been more accommodating and client focused! They are reasonably priced too. We also really appreciate that they are community minded and support local charitable causes! We need more businesses like this one in our community!

A Perfect Afternoon. I came into the salon for the first time not knowing what to expect. I had a case of "severely out-of-date" hair. I sat down with my stylist for a consult. She was very interested in what I had to say. Not only did she listen to me, but she took the time to analyze my hair (texture/color/etc.) before recommending what would compliment me. Sitting back in the color area I was welcomed by other stylists and patrons. My hair tuned out gorgeous and the entire experience was great. I now look forward to my trip to the "beauty shop!"

Keeping it current. I have been going to Paragon salon for 10 years. I am not someone who finds a style and wants to replicate it, so I rely on Rob to give me a cut (and color) that flatters me. If you are a client who prefers to dictate--and that's fine--then Rob may not be the stylist for you. If I didn't have a stylist who suggested new looks, I'd still look like 1998. I have found the other stylists also to be professional and up-to-date on current trends. My one complaint is that it can be difficult to get an appointment with Rob, but as I say I do like many other stylists so I'm happy to go to another.

Excellent stylists and atmosphere...... As someone who wants my haircut experience to be very much about ME, Rob at Paragon is excellent. Our conversations during cuts always center around how my family and I are doing and other goings on in my life. I have most certainly never experienced a visit where he was self centered or preocuppied with anything other than my cut. I would and have recommended him to many others. In fact, everyone in the salon is very professional and friendly. My only bad hair days are when I get busy and put off my appointments for way too long.

the only salon I will go to. I wanted to look up the phone number for the salon and was shocked when I read the reviews. I have been going to Rob for about 9 years and I have never left there with a bad hair cut much less have Rob talk about himself the whole time. If anything he may not talk enough ( love ya Rob : ) ) I looked for a long time before I found Paragon and Rob and you could even call me a salon hopper so for me to go to the same place this long is unusual. My husband laughs at how many times I get asked about my hair when we go out, so it must look pretty good.

bad hair day. Went to see Rob on recomendation from a friend. not only did he not listen to what i wanted, he talked about himself the entire time i was in his chair. heres a little advice Rob, keep your ears more open and your mouth more shut. my cut was awful and so was the entire experience i had at Paragon.

Terrible Service Never Going Back. Went it for a simple cut, told the stylist how I wanted it done and it was not even close. Nice try but you will not have a next time. I went to say good bye and she blew me off!! The guy behind the counter needs and attitude check!
