My fiance and I will also not be ordering flowers from Elizabeth House again. Customer service is awful and lately the arrangements have been lower quality. Today I noticed a charge on MY credit card for flowers which apparently were for my birthday next week. They didn't even bother to confirm which credit card to charge, obviously my male fiance doesn't sound like a woman on the phone! Now I know I'm getting flowers, AND I paid for them. When I called to offer some feedback, the woman couldn't have cared less. All I wanted was to be heard and for someone there to treat me like a person "Oh, I'm so sorry that happened..." something like that. No more.
I will never use this florist again!. I have never written a review before, but this florist can't even get one star from me. My son ordered me flowers from out of state and when I got the flowers today I wasn't home, but roomate put them on the table for me. When I got home, they looked like they were on their last leg (roses tips were brown and already fully bloomed). I called and the person who answered the phone said they had been in business for 25 years and never ever had a problem. I explained than not only myself, but my roomate too thought they looked pretty sad. He wasn't the most pleasant man, but said they would send someone out with another arrangement. When this driver or owner dropped them off he was rude. I gave him back the other ones and said they looked pretty bad and he argued with me said they looked just fine and then was smug about it all and put his thumb in the air like they are fine and made a face. I told him that I have been getting flowers for years and I know they are not okay and that they look horrible and shut the door and locked it as he seemed a bit angry. I would agree with the other reviews on here and never recommend nor use this florist again. Poor customer service and the flower arrangements were on their last leg. One more thing the colors were pink and yellow with brown dying tips, picture that.
Poor customer service. Twice I ordered arrangements for very special occasions. I asked for specific flowers, chose the container and described the theme of the occasion - (which was written on the order form) and on both occasions was presented with something completely wrong - wrong flowers, wrong style and even dead petals and leaves in a very expensive arrangement. When I asked them nicely to make the arrangements right (not throw them out to make a new one but replace bad flowers and replace wrong colors / flowers with the right ones) on both occasions staff was rude and insulting. I couldn't have been more surprised. They did change the arrangements both times. I thought the first time was a fluke which is why I went back again. I'll not go for more.
Don't Use this Florist. Personal arrangement was designed to look like it should be in a hotel lobby. Extremely rude and poor customer service, from the manager and owner. Do not be fooled.
