Over the top service. I pop into the Wine Shop from time to time for a recommendation on something fun or new and have never been disappointed. But the real test of the Wine Shop's greatness came a few weeks ago when my husband and I had to put together a few cases of wine as Thank You gifts. Steven not only helped us put together outrageous cases - but he also put together an info sheet with details on every wine in each case (and they were all different vinos!) so that the recipients could read a bit about each bottle and have a note if they wanted to find the wine again. Steven also took care of packing and shipping the cases safely. Over the top - we and our thank you recipients were more than pleased.

Helpful, instructional, and friendly.. I have purchased from Park Road Wine Shop for several years. They helped me learn about wine and have always made good suggestions when I told them what I liked and disliked. Never had a bad experience, and recommend them to anyone who likes wine and friendly people.

unfriendly staff. I was very disappointed during my first and last trip to Wine Shop. The employees are very cold and unfriendly. The girl was very snide when my friend asked where Chennin Blancs were. Sorry for making you do your job, woman. She and the gray haired man were just completely rude. They had the personality of a wall and didn't even say thank you for shopping with us. They said nothing during checkout, not even eye contact. I felt very uncomfortable while shopping there, and everyone wants to feel comfortable during their wine shopping experience. Don't shop there.
