The Best Insurance and Agent – I have been a policy holder for over ten years with State Farm and in particular with Michael Grant's office. Every time I have a question or concern about my account, either he or his staff are right on it. They offer impeccable service whether it is dealing with a retirement account or my homeowners insurance. I have thought about other carriers but have never decided to leave because of the service that is provided.
Mr. Grant and his staff are very knowledgable of the products and always make sure I have the best product for my needs.
If you do not have your insurance with Michael Grant's State Farm Agency, I suggest you hurry and change your carrier today!!!
State Farm is ONE neighbor I never want to have again – State farm is a great neighbor if you don’t mind shelling out your premium money and then God forbid you have a claim.
Recently I received a letter indicating my auto insurance rates will be raised due to a 5 mile over the speed limit ticket and a minor auto claim. Not only do I insure my two vehicles with State Farm, we also have Home, Life, Umbrella, and disability policy with State Farm insurance.
There is ZERO faith that State Farm insurance has in there policy holders. There are allot of other insurance company’s and this seems to be the right a consumer seems to have, leave state farm insurance
Pay your premiums but put a claim in and up with your rates in a heartbeat State Farm Insurance is A CROOK out to get you... Stay away and beware there is NO forgiveness of any kind with this company. Even if you pay your bill and are never late. State Farm is one Neighbor I NEVER WANT TO HAVE AGAIN
Service issues – I had been with this agent for 20 years and was involved in a minor fender bender. On three converstaions with Micheal Grant I asked him to notify me if the claim was over $1800 so that points or increases would not be added to my policy. Two months later I received the monthly statement and my payment went up $30 a month because after speaking to him again I learned that the amount of the claim was $1824. I feel that he should have provided better service by tracking the claim and communicating with a 20year loyal customer. And all he could tell me was that there was nothing he could have done to find out the final amount of the claim.... and under NC law he is only allowed to advise me of the thresholds and not track them......I will be switching car insurance companies....
