Sunday brunch is the best!. it is incredibly busy on sunday's for the after church crowd gets there, but don't let that discourage you... go there

Ingenious. Tasty bagels, offered with a quantum-physics textbook full of toppings.. The Scene
Einstein Brothers ingeniously re-created a former gas station into a wildly imaginative bagel shop for which the selection is exponentially better than most bagel places.

The Food
The bagels themselves are darn tasty, with the proper crunchy/chewy texture ratio. They're all the better when combined with the wide variety of lunch items, which all look so good when you're hungry and trying to make a wise lunchtime decision. On one hand, there are the bagel sandwiches, filled with fresh meats and veggies ... on the other, there are a small selection of six-inch pizzas on bagel dough. The salads are appealing, too.

Why not leave nutrition out of the question and order an Einstein original Bagel Dog: a juicy hot dog wrapped in bagel dough and such toppings as cheese and sesame seeds. Dunk one of these in some mustard, and you're all set.
