Great Lunch - Must do once a week!. The food is always of high quality and a good selection. It is quick to get your food (served cafeteria style) and they have a salad bar and daily dessert. Highest price is 2 meats and 2 veggies (served on rice and comes with drink, salad/dessert bar) at $7. Good portion of food and I usually take back some for a late day snack. Friendly people and clean place to eat. Would like to see some lamb every once in a while, but chicken dishes are fantastic.

This is a great place to get started on the clean, unique flavors of Indian cuisine. India goes light on the curry, but still gives you enough to taste it..
The Skinny
The Uptown location, which is kind of hidden in the back of the Ivey's Building, offers counter service for lunch on the weekdays. You can pick from a buffet and salad bar and either eat in the restaurant or in the food court. It's one of Uptown's best lunch options.
This is standard-issue Indian, but well done and served with a smile. No one dish really stands out here, just go with your instincts or pick what smells the best.
