Bias and Customer outside USA. Many times national news is buried in the paper and front page headlines are local news. Often times the reporting has a bias by using words that may or may not describe how a sector of people "feel" about a news item; An example would be the 9/16/09 article regarding ACORN abuses of tax payer funded services and remarking that conservatives were "gleeful" over ACORN employees encoraging a request for affordable housing to be used as a child brothal for underage illegal girls. *** Customer service could be U.S. jobs, but they choose to have oversea's workers take those jobs****(which allows your personal information to be shared with other countries)

They used my credit card information without my permission, to re-new a subscription I did not want.. I bought and paid for a subscription in a local grocery store as a trial only. I paid that day for the numberof papers I wanted to receive with my credit card. This information was kept on file and when the trial subscription ended, they automatically without my knowledge used my credit card to charge me for a renewal of the subscription. I did not get any notice of this and have not gotten any notice to date. I found it on my credit card statement.
