Flex to impress as you circuit train—there's a definite after-work singles crowd.
The Central Y also offers an indoor track, three gymnasiums, eight racquetball courts and two indoor pools within the facility's four levels, plus a restaurant, sports shop, shoe shine and barbershop. Youth basketball, swimming and summer-camp programs are available for kids, in addition to reservation-only Childwatch services.
