Nail Service The cleanest nail salon I have ever been too! A friend of mine had recommended this place to me because she knew how picky I am about my nails and feet. The girls here all greeted me when I came in so that was a plus because they all seemed very friendly. As soon as I was seated into the pedicure chair I was offered a drink, which I thought was very nice of them. The pedicure and manicure service was excellent! She definitely took her time and made sure I enjoyed the massage. I also noticed that everything was well cleaned and sterilized before she started on me. I will definitely be back again for my nails and feet since I'm particular about the cleanliness of a nail salon.

MASSAGE THERAPIST. My daughter purchased me a spa day for Chrismas. 30 minute facial (I loved!!) , manicure/pedicure (I loved), 1 hr massage (terrible.... massage therapist did not show up for my appt., neither did she call to apologize for not showing up, still to this day, she has not called me to reschedule. I would recomment every service at this spa, except for the massage. I thought that to be very unprofessional of her.....

Best experience i have had. Wonderful experience and the friendliest staff members

I went there for the first time about a month ago cause i needed my nails done. I went in and the first thing they did was greet me and i then felt very welcome and i felt like i was home. I got a mani-pedi and it was the most pleasant experience i have had yet. I have gone back several times and I cannot wait to go back and get them done again this weekend. My nails look great and my friends have complimented me on how great they look.

great experience and friendly staff. Brought my mom there as a post Christmas gift and she loved it. She was happy with the Mani/pedi service and the sweet young gal who take of her. She finished off with a facial and since this place is located in one of the largest malls near Charlotte there was plenty for me to do while I waited.

The decor of the salon was modern with lots of magazines and newspapers to also keep me busy. That and the friendly receptionist make me happy to refer this place as a gift or for yourself. Men were also being attended to so it's great for both.

Great Stylists and Sweet Receptionist. I go to Estetica quit often b/c my stylist moved/switched salons and now resides there. Everyone there is very sweet Stylists/Staff/Nail People. My hair has always turned out great as well as my friends, so I find it odd they even got a bad review seeing though I've seen all their work. I highly recommend anyone who works for them.

Worst hair cut and color ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Went there to get my hair cut and colored for the holidays. My hair looks horrible...absolutely the worst ever. My bangs and uneven....to put it mildly. Ask for them to be at my eyebrows they are 1 inch above on the right side and two inches above on the left side. My layers are horrible....my roots are not colored everywhere. She did the worst job I've ever had done. My friends and family cannot believe my hair.
