A transformation of a wedding ring The entire experience at Skatell's has been fantastic, from the fact finding intial meeting to the day I picked up my fabulous wedding ring! My husband has purchased several beautiful pieces of jewelry for me over the years from various jewelers in town. We were interested in updating my wedding ring (I wear one band) and wanted to try Skatell's as they are such huge supporters of the BCC Rally for the Cure. Erin was instrumental in helping me to envision what could be done using the existing center stone and side stones. She patiently sent picture after picture until we decided on 'the one'. The jeweler did an exquisite job transforming

my ring into a real show piece! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and delighted to help in every way.

Everyone at Skatell's is so nice and helpful. They can make and design ANYTHING! Mike custom made the bands to go around my wife's engagement ring, and he made a white gold pin for us in the shape of the Las Vegas sign. Simply incredible people, products, and service.

My husband and I went to visit Skatells.... My husband and I went to visit Skatells to look at engagement rings. When we left, he immediately said "I'm getting your ring from there!" Erin was so helpful, personable and made the experience very easy. My custom engagement ring turned out exactly as hoped and it is beautiful! We will always be returning to Skatells for future jewelry purchases! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Love this place!. Skatell's has been working with me since I was about 12 years old! My grandmother left me jewelry when she passed but most of it is not my style. Skatell's made me a gorgeous necklace with one of her diamonds, and a stunning custom ring setting for a 45 carat amethyst she had. Along with jewelry restoration this is definitely a go to of mine! Would recommend to anyone because of their dedication and attention to detail in every piece they sell and create!

Hands down, Skatell's ARE the best jewelers in Charlotte, NC. Hands down, Skatell's ARE the best jewelers in Charlotte, NC. They made an absolutely AMAZING engagement ring for me, custom designed on site! I shopped the mall stores (ugh) and I went to Diamonds Direct ( HIGH PRESSURE!!!) before going to Skatell's. The staff at Skatell's was very informative, HONEST, and frankly down to earth. It's a family and locally owned business which is always a plus!!! I plan on all my future jewelry purchases being made there. I promise you their commitment to their customers, their quality, and price is second to NONE in Charlotte, NC. Skatell her you love her, I am so happy I did!!!

Superior attention to service.... Superior attention to service and what their customers are truly looking for. Mike goes above and beyond customer expectations. We would never consider using any other jeweler. I have had countless compliments on my unique engagement ring and wedding band. Thank you for all your patience and help Mike and Erin!

Mike and his awesome team of artisans crafted several pairs of incredible cuff links and pendants that featured interesting ancient Roman/Greek and vintage US coins...Mercury Dimes, Buffalo Nickels, Indian Head Pennies and $5 Gold Pieces. Mike and his team did a masterful job and my family and I are enjoying them immensely. When are days are done they will make great heirlooms for are children and their children. If you need a fantastic manufacturing jeweler, great customer service and pricing, then you must go see Mike and his team at Skatell's at Pineville-Matthews Rd & Carolina Place Pkwy. Bravo Mike!!

The custom design and attention to detail, on one of the most sentimental pieces I ll ever own and pass down, blew us both away. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. We are most impressed with your genuine and sincere desire to get to know "us". Your focus on creating a special piece that fit our love story was more important to you than just "making a sale". We don't just call you our "jeweler" we like to think of you as "part of the family"!!

I can't explain how comfortable Mike and Erin made me feel.. I can't explain how comfortable Mike and Erin made me feel as soon as I walked in the door. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and this business is a testament to a hard working, intelligent and passionate team doing what they love every day. I had also visited Diamonds Direct, but working in sales I really felt that they were taking the used car salesmen approach. It is very much a turn and burn atmosphere there, which is fine if that is what you are looking for. Mike @ Skatell's did a fantastic job of actually sitting me down and educating me about EVERYTHING diamond related...not just the visual details of the stone but also the business behind it, mount building, etc. He even let me behind the scenes to see how they do what they do. The pricing was extremely fair and they went above and beyond to answer my questions. Definitely check this place out if you want to feel like a valued client, not just a number!

I purchased an engagement ring at Skatells. I purchased an engagement ring at Skatell's in Charlotte and couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received or the deal on the ring. There was no pressure to buy out of my budget. There were no extra fees added on the end. The diamond I bought was at a great price and most importantly my fiance loves it. After proposing, I needed the ring sized quickly before she went out of town and they came through with the great customer service they promised. I'd definitely suggest going to Skatell's.
