delilah the ragin cajun was wonderful!!. Have been going to this location for about 7 years - thought about going elsewhere due to convenience - read about the horrible customer service at the arboretum location and decided it was worth the exra travel time to carolina place mall - once again, I was not disappointed - Delilah, the "ragin cajun" was wonderful , as usual - have dealt with her and the others in the store for many, many years - all have treated me wonderfully - you will not be disappointed with this location - dont know about all locations and I dont want to try others - will continue to shop here for all of my needs! They are considerate, polite, attentive - dont try to sell you what you do not want - u can ask questions!! worth the extra travel time!! Thank you delilah and the gang!!

keep up the excellent customer service!

The manager is wonderful as well! He is supportive of his staff!!

Beware the odious seahags!. We took my 3-year-old daughter to this Visionworks to get glasses. These two "ladies" (one was a chunky woman with brown hair, the other was a short crypt keeper type) REFUSED to work with my daughter! First they said the glasses were too big for her, and when I pointed out that they weren't they THEN said she COULDN'T wear wire frames and that's all they had (which was a big old LIE) so when we offered to try on all plastic they said we had to get "special" WIRE glasses they didn't carry (hang on,didn't you say we COULDN'T use wire frames?) Told us we had to go TWENTY MILES AWAY to get glasses; are you kidding me? They wouldn't let us even TRY to find her glasses, and we left quite angry. Went down to their competitor in the mall (LensCrafters) and we got immediate service, a nice lady who bent over backwards to assist us and the cutest pair of glasses which resembled the Visionworks glasses that were "too big" for her. We did find out that this is a regular practice with Visionworks, and many a disgruntled parent have brought their children to Lenscrafters after being turned away. We got two pair of glasses at their competitor and I'll be hanged if I ever step foot in that Visionworks again. I think it would be hazardous to the evil women's health if I did.

Poor service. Price relative to other places was good, but don't expect to get 2 pairs of glasses for the advertised price. Almost no frames are below the maximum price, and you have to pay extra for them. Customer service is poor. While looking for glasses no one helped me. I had to pick glasses not wearing glasses with my eyes dialated with no advice. once I selected my frames, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to write up my order. Glasses in an hour is a joke. I was told one pair would be ready in 5 days and the other in 10 days. The first pair were ready in 4 days, but the coating put on the glasses was defective, so they had to order another pair of lenses. It has now been over 2 weeks since I ordered my glasses, and I have received neither the corrected pair nor the other pair.
