Brides BEWARE!!! They do what THEY like instead of what you order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I used them for my october wedding and when my flowers arrived they had added tons of greenery (which I said I wanted none of) and big ugly bows (also which I expressly said no to) to my bouquets. WHen I was finally able to get them to come back out to the church, they just tore out the greenery and bows, making the bouquets look poorly put together. I was also missing quite a few items from my order- 2 boutaneers, and the cake topper- which they did include but we didnt realize because it was not the one we ordered. THey used HALF of the flowers I paid for in each bouquet. Wedding guests overheard them saying horrible things while in the parking lot redoing my flowers. WHen I called after my honeymoon for a partial refund, they refused, saying my flowers would have looked awful my way, and that they had never done an ugly wedding! THey then made personal attacks on my character, and looked up my mother in laws number to call her and tell her I was causing problems! The last straw was when they told a girl whom I had reffered to them before this all occured, that they would not do her wedding because she knew me! I was called a "bridezilla, young silly bride, immature, a child, and non- christianly". A business cant just do what they please, and ignore the directions of the customer!
