Poor customer service, suspect integrity. I am not an expert on jewelers but we had an absolutely terrible experience. Work not completed in a reasonable time, a litnay of excuses...it took him 5 YEARS to rebuild a ring. True, it was (it appeared) to be a complicated task but this gentleman is not to be trusted nor would I recommend him for even the most mundane of tasks. Given the other post, he has clearly demonstrated an evolving trend of poor service and suspect integrity.

Excellent jeweler.. I've dealt with jewelers most of my life. I've never met a more trustworthy, knowledgeable jeweler than Mr. Tucker. As a result of his education and honesty, you can expect a good deal on what you ACTUALLY receive. Most "jewelers" you meet in malls and such places are not gemologists and the gemologists they reference to you tend to "stretch" their appraisal so you think you're getting a great deal. You're actually paying too much for less of a stone. Visit Tucker's, you'll thank yourself.

User review by mccarver01. I experienced terrible customer service, work was not done as promised. Owner promised to call twice, and I never received any response as promised. Finally got fed up, nd went to another local jeweler who was fantastic.
