call someone else. these guys came to my apartment cllaiming to represent time warner, looking to gain access to rewire. they refused to show ID, and time warner denied their sub-contractor status. they tried to enter my apartment without my permission as i was driving off to work. i stopped them until bldg mgt arrived. when i got back home, my cable tv outlet iin living room was missing and had to call time warner to fix what they "did". they are a rude pushy unprofessional company, stay away and call someone else.
