Employees are VERY rude and arrogant. I have been going to Firepower for a very long time. (even as a kid with my dad) Even back when it was a different owner and the place looked like a ranch house. Back then it was an enjoyable place to go. My father and I have bought over 10 guns each from them because they always had good prices and the employees were helpful and kind. NOW, the past 3 or 4 times I have been, ALL of the employees are rude, arrogant, NOT-helpful, and act like they are doing you a favor to even acknowledge that you are there. And heaven forbid you want to see a gun. This "guote gunsmith" kid they have working in there has a horrible attitude and acts like an idiot behind the counter. Recently there has only been ! employee that was nice but he is hardly out front. I think he is a manager, he is slim and tall with glasses. Very smart gentlman that knows his stuff. I feel like they don't give a crap about repeat customers and I don't think I will ever buy another gun there. Oh and ammo is crazy high there. They act like it's the only place we hgave to go buy the stuff. Hello, it's 2012 online ammo is the way to go.I have always told friends and family to go to Firepower to buy guns but not anymore. Those arrogant employees can go on unemployment for all I care. I wish the owner would get rid of alot of them and get some more helpful and kind people in there. Firepower has the potential to be the best gunshop in the area, but unless the employees figure out who ACTUALLY keeps them open they will get negative word of mouth from me. OK rant off.

So BAD. So I really wish someone else in Charlotte would open a shooting range. Im really starting to lose faith in firepower. I go in today to shoot and use my range card and purchase 2 $0.75 paper targets. All goes well and I enjoy my time until I come out to pay and go on my way.... I go to checkout and my hour range time card was going to be forfeited for only 30 min in the range. This is fine no big deal. THEN he rings up the targets and the total is $1.61. I pull out a debit card and he then tells me I cant use the card on such a small charge, which is pretty understandable. So I then check to see how much cash i have. Turns out I have $1.59 exactly. He then tells me that that just wont do... So he then tells me what i'll HAVE to do is purchase $10 more of stuff from them to be able to pay. This is just pitiful and sad that a family owned business really feels that its necessary to bend me over and piss me off over 2 cents. After the amount of money I have spent there and the people i've brought in what im gathering from this is that as a returning customer im not worth 2 pennies to them. Yeah its my fault for not having the 2 pennies technically but SERIOUSLY..... sometimes people need to take a step back and remember whos paying their pay checks. It may be 2 pennies but I can assure you that i will take my 2 pennies somewhere else that appreciates my business from now on. And they can be SURE that i will share this with as many people as i can that plan on visiting this place. They may have their 2 cents today but I promise i will talk some people out of making any big purchases there in the future. Without customers you'd be nothing, so keep running off your good patrons and see where that gets you. I'll remember that firepower, shame on you. SHAME SHAME (finger wag) pricks.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were not interested in helping. They would rather work on renting the range than selling me a handgun. I guess that would be too much work!!

I'll will purchase my guns elsewhere!

Worthless clots of human tissue. If you want to be treated with respect and dignitiy, DO NOT go here. Staff is arrogant, condescending, and seem to have anger management problems. Dr Phil would have a field day with these people. It's a nice physical location, but I wish wholeheartedly that all the staff be removed and replaced with beings more worthy of the air they breathe.
