Wonderful Experience! From the moment I walked into Dar-Lynn's Bridal, I felt like the staff truly wanted me to find the dress of my dreams! I had a clear style I wanted in my mind, and my consultant, Pam, pulled numerous dresses that fit my wants. However, after trying on all the dresses I had thought I would like, I still had not found the one. Don't get me wrong, the dresses were all beautiful, but I had not had "that moment". Pam saw I was getting discouraged, and refused to let me settle for a dress that wasn't perfect for me. She suggested I try on something that was a little different than what I had wanted, but that she thought would look perfect on me. As soon as I put on the Maggie dress she had chosen, I knew it was the one! Without Pam, I would have never even tried it and missed out on my dream wedding gown! Pam was so helpful and knowledgeable about wedding gowns! She knew what dress would look great on my body type and fit my personality, but she also let me try on every other style I wanted. Of course, I purchased my gown from Dar-Lynn's that very day, and ended up outfitting my entire wedding party there! Between ordering bridesmaids dresses, tuxes, flower girls etc., I had the oppurtunity to work with almost every other member of the Dar-Lynn's staff, and they were all just as helpful and kind! It was a great experience for all! I love Dar-Lynn's and would recommend them to anyone!

The staff here is excellent! I took my daughter in to look for Prom dresses in April. We had a wonderful experience. A lot to pick from. The staff is kind, listened to her in what style she preferred, pulled dresses, assisted her in trying them on, & lacing her up. She felt so special & left with the Prom dress of her dreams! ~ Will most definitely go back next year and one day for her wedding dress. ~ Thanks for making this experience a pleasant one. Good memories that will last a life time.

Excellent!!. I had been all over NC looking at Bridal Stores and dresses. I had multiple bad experiences with Bridal Stores that wouldn't allow pictures of the dresses and half-heartedly tied up the dresses. A bride can't see what the dress actually would look like if the consultant is not helping make it beautiful. I went on the spur of the moment and called in an appointment for the New Years Eve just to take a look. The helpful staff immediately greeted me and my future Mother-In-Law and started trying to get an idea of the styles and types I was looking for. I had multiple dresses and options to put on and because of the helpful opinions and wonderful attitudes about helping me find my perfect gown, I left with the dress of my dreams. I recommend this place to ANYONE!!! You will not have a bad experience

Best Experience Ever. This was the best experience I have had. I went to David's Bridal to try on a dress that I thought I wanted but I tried it on and it looked terrible and then the sales woman tried to convince me otherwise and pressured me to open a credit card. Something in me felt all wrong about the whole situation.

I went to Dar-Lynns spur of the moment on a Saturday, without an appointment and they gave me the star treatment. I picked out a dress and bridesmaid dresses and was ready to roll. When I went home , I kept thinking about the dress and knew that it wasn't for me. I went back and they were so patient with me and helped me pick out the perfect dress.

I would suggest that all brides go to Dar-Lynns to look for wedding dresses. It was such a pleasant experience for me.

Hater of Dar-lynn's. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Nasty women who care nothing about you or your prom. They just want your money. The dress we ordered over 9 weeks early but didn't come in until 9 days before prom. They were rude to us for calling and checking up on it. I demanded our money back but they gave us a hard time. A week before prom we bought a new dress SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Awesome!. On a rainy afternoon, with no appointment, I took my daughter Mandy and her maid of honor into DarLynn's to "just look" at some of the dresses. We had already been to another Bridal Shop and had scheduled appointments at some other shops. I immediately cancelled those appointments! Within minutes, Mandy had told the girls at the shop what type of dress she had in mind and they had pulled a bunch for her to try on. Along with the dresses Mandy had requested, the girls suggested she try on this other one too. The gown they brought for Mandy to try on was very different from what she had thought she wanted. The moment she tried it on, she welled up with tears and we all knew it was the one! It was perfect! Not one alteration needed! That is truly a professional, knowing what gowns are right for each bride. From the gown to the shoes to the head piece, my Mother of the Bride dress and the tuxedos, everything was exceptional. Thank you DarLynns!

WONDERFUL!!!. I went to Dar-Lynn's Bridal after three horrible experiences at competing Charlotte bridal boutiques. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and knowledgable staff, the large selection of bridal gowns, and how relaxed and at ease I felt. My experience at Dar-Lynn's was positive and enjoyable. The staff makes you feel comfortable, allowing "you" to select and choose the gowns you'd like to try on. All of which are neatly organized in rooms by designer, so it's easy to find what you're looking for, or what you never knew you were looking for! The staff doesn't make you feel rushed or in a hurry, instead they treat you as if they have nothing better to do than watch you go from one gown to the next in anticipation of finding the right one! My entire experience at Dar-Lynn's...from the moment I stepped through the door, was wonderful. I bought my dress, they measured me (accurately), ordered my dress, fitted and altered it, and had it pressed and ready to wear for my 10.02.10 wedding! My dress was gorgeous, fit perfectly and made me feel like a movie star! Everything was perfect.

Not a bridal experience you want.. I have been to Darlynns a few times, sometimes just looking and sometimes a serious buyer, however I was never treated as a paying customer. Every time I walked in I immediantly felt as if I was an annoyance to the employees. I never came in just before they closed or anything but they acted angry with me because I wanted to try dresses on. Aside from my own personal view of the people, the boutique is crowded and unkempt. There are dresses to the roof and not in good way. The dressing rooms are less than private and the mirrors are situated in a awkward spot. If you are looking for the bridal experience this is not the place to go.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE TOP NOTCH. I got married July 2009 and as soon as I walked in to Dar-Lynns I knew I wanted to find my dress there. I was greated with friendly faces, although you have a consultant, the entire staff works together to help you find your perfect dress. Not only did I get me dress there but I also got my veil, headpiece, bridesmaids dresses, mothers dress, and tuxes there also! All of my bridemaids loved the dresses and said they were the best priced dresses of any wedding they had been in. The quality of everything is top notch! My husband also got his tuxes there and they were very helpful in getting all of the groomsmen information that were from out of town. I loved every minute I spent planning my wedding in Dar-Lynns! HIGHLY recommended.
