Once we were seated, the service was good. Prompt, not intrusive but attentive. Personally, I would rate the food as just OK...nothing special. I actually like Macaroni Grill's or Buca di Beppo's food better for a chain/franchise restaurant. I agree with the other reviewer....I wouldn't call this a romantic restaurant but OK for a first date.

Cons: Average food and wait time for seating on weekends

We have also had Ashley as our waitress and she is awsome, but again we have meet most of the staff. :) Try the Fillet Rosa, it's not on the menu but it is the best steak you will ever eat! Also, the chicken trio is a great dish, not on the emnu but it has one of each chicken breast on it.
Pros: Great food, Great service
Cons: Loud
