A wide range of flavorful pizza pies--combined with the family-friendly buffet and affordable prices--are this regional chain's cornerstone.. In Short Cici's first opened in Plano, Texas, in 1985 and has since spread to locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Known for its one low, all-you-can eat price, the buffet-style restaurant boasts 16 different types of fresh pizza--from tomato and spinach Alfredo to zesty ham, barbecue and Sicilian deep-dish pies--as well as pasta, salad and desserts. Only 100 percent whole milk mozzarella is used and the sauces and dough are made fresh daily.
While I have found Cici's to be nothing exciting when it comes to the food, it's fairly good. I would still prefer various delivery pizzas. However, there can be no arguement that the bang for the buck is much higher at Cici's.
It's a buffet, and you can have as much as you want. The place is always populated by families taking the children out to eat. It can get loud from all the young kids, but usually is not terrible.
