FIRST RECOMMENDATION TO ALL BRIDES!. Hopes Bridal Boutique in Kannapolis would be my first and only recommendation to any bride looking for the perfect dress and incredible prices!

Hopes has a wide selection of dresses and excellent customer service to put many of your other shops to shame!

My experience there was so wonderful, it made my process of finding the "perfect" dress stress free and fun. I felt like a little girl playing dress up!

BEST PLACE EVER!!. This is the best place I found. I am from the area and went to all of the big cities around and every small shop around. I was treated with respect and am every time I go in there. When I go to have a fitting they know who am and remember things I have told them. They are kind and personal. I would recommend this this place to anyone. I found my dress at another shop for twice the price and 1/2 the quality. They are good honest people who take pride in their work! Please do not listen to the bad comment about this place. You will get the best for your buck and the customer service you deserve!!!

Best Price and great service!. I was shocked to hear a bad review from Hope's Bridal. My fiance and myself went there and found the perfect wedding dress. It was priced less than $400, other simular dresses we saw for over $1000. They did the alterations as promised, on time, and we were very satisfied. We have refered other people there and they have also been happy. Worst Customer Service. My sister picked this place for our bridesmaids gowns. Before we paid for the dresses, the service was great, but once we finished paying? We started being treated horribly. They would say one thing, and when it came time, they would lie to our faces. Even if we had WRITTEN PROOF

Ex: my dress was to be ready on the 24th. The girl looked at me, looked at their calender and goes "well, I can READ, and I can SEE, and it says the 26th here. Not the 24th. So it's not ready. It's your mistake.

When I showed the ticket, were SHE had written the 24th, she stated she did no such thing. The owner? Well, she didn't do anything but tell me to come back on the 26th. She sided with her rude attendants. Even after I showed her the ticket. She took it and tried to keep it. I had to pull it back out of her hands.

This was not the only issue we had, but it's my most recent. I will NEVER recommend this horrible place again!
