Not very happy with this place, they do not seem to tell the truth. I am only giving them 3 stars because they were kind in person and released my car when I asked.

I went here first on October 1st for a transmission rebuild. They had shot a low price and answered most my questions - I honestly only chose them because I didnt have the money to go elsewhere. I picked up my vehicle on October 9th (the job was 3 days late being finished), paid the bill and left. The car seemed fine but then I realized the same noise I heard prior was still there and then I lost 2nd and 3rd gear AGAIN. I drove immediately back to the shop, the shop manager apologized and said things had been mixed up and he would fix it right away. I was without my car the rest of the week, and was able to pick up that friday. When I came in, same thing, it wasn't fixed still. I couldn't even put the car into reverse. Its like they didnt test it at all. They finally gave me my car back on October 16th (going on 2 weeks here) and the car seemed fine. I thought they had done their job until yesterday when red transmission fluid began leaking under my car. Took it to another shop today to have the mistakes corrected.

After 4 calls back to this shop I am completely aware that they are not going to do the right thing and fix my vehicle.

Carolina Car Care gave a decent price but the quality of work just is not there, neither is the customer service. If I did this repair again, I would not have went here.

Carolina Car Care. I called Carolina Car Care for two new tires on a Friday and the receptionist who answered the telephone was polite and friendly. She said they did not have the tires in stock but she would go ahead and order them for me, she said it would take about 5-6 days. The tires came in just as she said and the manager provided prompt and professional service in having them installed and balanced. They honored the coupon I provided which I received in the mail and had all the work completed within the hour. I would recommend this Auto Center for car care maintenance and professional work.

Very poor customer service. Ever since the management changed at Kloc's in 2010 the service has not been the same. On top of that, when we purchased our tires under previous management they said we would get free rotations for life. The new management has decided not to honor that. They made this very clear by giving my wife a receipt with no work on it ($0 balance) that stated in large capital letters on the front, "NO MORE FREE TIRE ROTATIONS - RUSSEL BENTHAL". I really can't think of a way to be more rude.

Update 8/1/2011: A new coupon just came out for free lifetime tire rotations and alignment checks with purchase of 4 new tires. I thought about going to confront the manager about it, but it's not worth wasting my time and energy on a company that has such disregard and disdain for its customers.

Ex. I finally found an auto shop to depend on. I have had two very good experiences with this repair shop. I first brought my vette into the shop for new brakes as I suspected I needed rotors too. I was pleased to find out the bill was resonable but really made me a customer was when they did the alignment. I had a frozen lugnut which was causing me to wear tires. The tech fought with my car till it was fixed correctly. The car runs like new.

I then brought my diesel truck to them for a ERG value problem and they fixed it correctly, quickley and affordably. I finally have one place I can go for my vette to diesel! That makes me happy.

Not reputable from my expierence. I went in for an inspection on my van. They took it in and the tech comes in and says "You didn't pass the emissions, but I can send you down to my buddy who can fix it cheap".

This sounded fishy, so I paid them for the check and took my van to another shop to get a second opinion. My car passed emission beautifully.

I will never go back to Kloc's
