Worst Florist in town. What a disappointment this florist is. They charge way more then the flowers are worth and thier customer service is poor to say the least. I agree with the last post, there is no satisfaction guarentee at Loretta's. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Satisfaction NOT Guarenteed!!!!!!!!!!!!!. HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT go to this florist. I ordered my bridal bouquet from them and when I got home I opened the box and it was even too small for a child. I had to go out the morning of my wedding and beg another florist to make me a bouquet. The other bouquet was literally 4 times the size and $20 cheaper then Loretta's chinsy bouquet. When I called to get a refund for the disgrace of a bouquet, the owner told me she would not refund me even though I was completely not satisfied. She was the one that recommended that bouquet for me and basically did not care at all that I was not satisfied. After 10 minutes of arguing, I gave up and decided to post my experience to hopefully spare another bride from this horrible florist. WHAT A RIP OFF they are!!!!!
