I was charged $45 dollars for them to tell me I needed a new computer cord which they turned around and charged me $70 for. I found out later you can get the same cord online for $20. Also the cord they supplied broke after 1 day and they would not replace it... I felt very taken advantage of by this establishment... Most places would have done a diagnostic like this for free... If you are not already computer Savvy do not use this place - they will take advantage of you!
They offered fast and affordable service for computer. This place looks to be the best place to take your broken computer to in the Charlotte Area. The staff that you don't see behind the wall are very knowlegable and are really good at what they do. They do what they advertise at reasonable prices. They have an area where they offer useful products and computers. Most of the prices are reasonable and some were a bit high for used products. On a good note, I would pay a little extra here since they are a reputable dealer and stand behind their buisness. I wouold like to see more of these in the Charlotte Area.

Very knowledgeable, very fast & efficient work!. I know it's gotten mixed reviews on here but every time I've been there, I've come back very satisfied. Same goes for everyone I've sent there. The owner is awesome, and will work with your schedule to make sure that you're not unduly inconvenienced by the repairs you need to get. Case in point: I had to get my laptop fixed after spilling some water on it and he kindly scheduled it so that I only had to give up my laptop for just-about 10 hours! I know there are complaints on here that the service isn't much to holler about, or that the products aren't very great, but I've been here countless times and I've always come back satisfied. It's a small store though so I guess you just have to be a little more pro-active about what you want/need. One of the friends I sent there didn't need her laptop back urgently so she got hers back only after 3 days. When I had to get my keyboard fixed, it took forever for them to get the replacement keyboard in, but once they had it, it took a little less than 2 hours from drop-off to pick-up. The owner is really, really helpful (and knowledgeable), and will go over things in detail with you even if you're not getting anything. And he's not out to make a quick buck either; he's never recommended something overpriced to me at the expense of something equivalent that's cheaper.
Not a good experience. Dropped my laptop off due to not holding a charge. Was told my plug was either loose and needed to be soldered ($150), or replaced ($200). They called 3 days later and said it was ready and would be $200. Picked it up, paid and went on my way. They then called my wife and told me it had not been looked at yet and that it had not even been off-site for repair. So, they automatically charged me the higher fee without even knowing that it needed to be replaced. Called the sales guy on Monday and got into a spirited conversation with him. I had already made 2 round trips there and they up-charged me automatically w/o even looking at the system. I was so aggravated that I asked that he refund my credit card, and he decided to argue with me further. So he balked at refunding my card when zero work had been done on it. He kept asking me who at the company called me to tell me it was ready, and I kept telling him I do not know. He implied basically that I was lying and would not refund due to me picking it up before it was ready. Finally asked him if I brought it in could he guarantee it would be ready by Friday, and he said it would. Guess what - it wasn't. When all was said and done, I had made 4 round trips for a simple repair job, I was argued at by the sales guy, it was implied I was lying, and I still can't trust whether it actually needed the $200 repair as opposed to the $150 repair. Gave them 2 stars b/c I finally did get my system back, but they will never get my service again. I know things happen and there are sometimes miscommunication in business, but they never apologized for the way they handled this paying customer
Fast, Friendly, Price is Right - Excellent & Honest Service. Excellent Customer Service and Honest People! You can't go wrong using this company for your computer needs. They will check out your system and determine exactly what your issue is and save you money. They are honest and will only charge you for what you really need, not what they want you to need.

Microlab computers. They did great work and made my computer like new. BUT did unauthorized work and charged me WAY TOO MUCH money!
