Horrible flowers!!!. Ordered a dozen roses for my wife, what did she receive? Nine. I paid over $60 for 9 roses? Really? The local grocery stores are superior by far to this place in my opinion. Never again, also complaining to 1-800-FLOWERS to hopefully cease utilizing their "service".

Terrible flowers and service!. My husband is overseas and thought to send me a bouquet to brighten my day. Well, the flowers were extremely overpriced, extremely unattractive in that it was way too large of a vase for the pathetically small flowers, the color scheme was tacky and they put a lime green string around the neck of the vase-not a ribbon in a bow, but a string. I immediately called the florist to ask why they had arranged such a bouquet and the woman on the phone laughed at me when I said they were unsatisfactory. I'm not looking for flowers fit for a queen, I just would like some quality when paying over $75 for them. Instead, I got a tacky arrangements of carnations and roses with a string. Please don't ever order from them if you are trying to make someone happy.
