Whats the point in making appointments?. Ok so I went to this salon once before and i had a pretty good experience when I went there. So I made an appt to go back for a trim. On the day of my apt I arrived 10 mins early and the stylist I made an appt with - Donna, was still cutting another customers hair so i waited about 20 minutes- 10 past my appt time. well when she finishes she walks right by me and doesnt even acknowledge me, no one in the entire salon did mind you....so she goes to get a broom and I figure shes cleaning and will be with me in a minute- 30 mins past my appt time now. So in the meantim somone else walks in and she immediatley says hey to the girl and asks her to come back. So of course I am a lil upset because I made an appt and have been here for half an hour now. When I mention to her I made an appt and that I have been inthe lobby waiting she just looks at me....like I mean you cant say anything at all to me?? So I ask her again what about my appt and she tells me that she already had an appt with the girl who walked in, in which I state that I had one aswell and she returns with you can make another one. i mean seriously? Unprofessional- I would never recommend this place or this barber- because she is not a stylist in the first place.
