Bait and Switch Shipping charges

I ordered two cots and two mosquito nets. Bait and switch #1. Mosquito Nets were much smaller than what is pictured and don't drape down to the ground as shown.

Bait and switch #2. Website calculated $19 shipping via UPS when I checked out. Next business day I got a call from them saying that shipping was $10 more ($29) because the heavy weight of the cots. Their computer system hasn't been programmed to account for the extra weight of the cots and they are obviously too lazy (or deceptive) to put that in the description of the product.

Don't know about doing returns on the mosquito net b/c I haven't tried it yet. Hopefully that goes better than their falsely advertised shipping price and net size.

I will not order from armynavy.us again.
