Reasonable rates. Drive belt broke on riding craftsman mower. Went to Sears and got price. Was told about Dales. Price was much lower than Sears. Had mower back in 2 days. I'm very satisfied.

Poor customer srvc. Always months begind and are never available for customer service via phone.
