Misguided

Sadly, most people complaining about my employer are oblivious to how the collection industry works. We are heavily regulated and monitored closely by our clients.

People wonder why healthcare is so expensive? Because many people cannot or will not pay their medical bills. Hospitals just pass those expenses along to all future patients.

Pay your bills and it will eventually cause healthcare charges to drop and us mean old collection agencies will be put out of business.

Be Careful!!!

My mother received a letter and messages from this company concerning a medical bill. I handle her affairs and know that this bill has been taken care of. When I called them to discuss the bill I was told that they could not give out any information. They wanted me to fax over a Power of Attorney before discussing the matter. They were so rude on the phone that it put up a red flag. I called back to get information about the company and was told we already spoke with you. Things just don't sound right.

Needs training on people skills

I have been getting calls from this agency and they are the rudest people Ive ever talked to in my life. I think they need to go back to school for some people skills. They have no clue why they call except I owe thats it. cant answer any questions. Just tell me I owe, I owe. I want to know what I owe and for what. They can answer no questions. A bunch of scammers is what this place is.
