If you are seeking a cheap place to live with standards that are less than desirable, than by all means, sign a lease here. I have been incredibly dissapointed thus far and would hate to see anyone experience what I have.
Positives-Cheap rent, relatively clean grounds, friendly maintenance crew
Negatives-gym hardly has any workout equiptment-most of which is old or broken and half the time the door accessing the gym will not open bc the lock is so old/broken; inconvinient location off 601; sporadic water bill whiich Summerlin mandates that often spikes. they offer no explaination for it, they simply demand their money ; moldy/smokey carpets; door frames are old and chipped away which makes one wonder about how safe the doors are. Most importantly the two leasing agents are the most unprofessional "agents" I have ever had to work with. They get involved in tentants business which is not appropriate and do not follow up with simple requests such as returning a phone call. I would never wish for anyone to deal with them. There are plenty of newer apts out there with safe, adequate conditions and professional, reputable agents!
- Pros: Cheap
- Cons: Leasing Agents-absolutely most unprofessional I've ever dealt with
