Best pit cooked BBQ in the Piedmont. Troutman's pit cooked with wood BBQ is a welcome relief from the electric cooked stuff you get in Lexington and everywhere else.

GREAT BBQ-BEST BREAKFAST IN TOWN. I've been a regular customer at Troutman's BBQ for many many years. They have the very best breakfast anywhere around. Especially the grits and their pancakes are out of site. The BBQ is great and the "house dressing" tops it off. As far as the service, I've never had one slow waitress in any of their locations. In the beginning the 601 location was a little sluggish getting organized but the place is so large till some of that is understandable.

I give the place an A+ for overall price, quality and service. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Concord NC.

Now with WIFI service at the Church St location, it's the icing on the cake.
