Horrible place!!!!!!!. Awful place.Poor service dirty restrooms never ever again. We waited two and a half hours for our food then we just left and when to Mc Donald's 0n 601 better service and clean bathroom.My First and last time at Lynn Lake Lodge. How do they stay in business?????

AWFUL EVERYTHING!!!. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Bad service, bad food, LOONNGG wait.... We got there at 6:30 (had reservations) seated promptly, finally recieved menus at 7. Refills on drinks took like 20 minutes to get, and that was us asking every few minutes.... it took them 1 1/2 hours to get us our food. their response "we have 4 other parties tonight" uhh... plan ahead, get more cooks! My Sister's beer had a bug floating in it! the food barely had any taste.

The last time I was there the service was horrible. RUDE beyond belief little red headed waitress. (the owners daughter)

The ceilings look like they are about to collapse at any second. It was grimmy and gross all around. Nothing looked clean...

I will never go back to this place, i will never recommend them to anyone! They have pissed me off one to many times. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but everytime I have been there it was the same, slow food, and rude people.

Never again... The only reason i give it one star is because i have to give it A star to give the review. but really, it doesn't even deserve one star

HORRIBLE--YUK!! USED TO BE NICE--NOW ICKY!. What the heck happened to this place. It USED to be nice and we patronized for YEARS! I will NOT go back as it is NOW NASTY. They gave the party room we always had to someone else. We did not have a Xmas tree nor a fireplace. We had ROTTEN SERVICE and NO FOOD. We got there at 6:30 & our food came at 9:45. We were told they "Overbooked"--their problem! Should not be ours. We had to beg for rolls. Had to beg for sodas! Had to beg for service. It smelled musty! No snacks as in past--had to beg for appetizers too! Food was like CARDBOARD tonight when it finally did come. Was told they only had 3 cooks... Sniffle...Food was bad. Salad was a bowl of lettice this year. Last few years place was nice. Tonight was UNACCEPTABLE AND UN-APPETIZING--DO NOT RECOMMEND! Lost MY business! YUK! If anyone else wants to go there that is their choice--it stunk tonight! We always had nice room with fireplace for years--they gave it to someone else. NOT GOOD BUSINESS in my opinion. FOOD WAS NASTY! F-

Never again. Someone would literally need to pay me money to eat here. We tried to go there for a family birthday last night but, were treated like such 'crap' that we left and went somewhere else. Terrible service - never again.

REALY GOOD FOOD , STILL HUNGRY AFTER MEAL, BIG GUYS STAY AWAY....... HAVE ATE THERE LOTS OF TIMES . FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD AND GOOD FLAVOR, BEER IS ALWAYS COLD. WAIT STAFF IS FEW, WAITED 15 MIN BEFORE SOME ONE CAME TO TAKE ORDER. NOW THE FOOD, NOW THE FOOD IS GOOD, ITS SMALL. BAKED POTATOS JUST ALITTLE BIGGER THAN A GOLF BALL , STEAKS THAT CAN BE ATE IN 3 BITES, AND SALADS THAT COME IN A DESERT BOWL, THE BAD THING IS YOU GET CHARGED FULL PRICE, EAT THERE THEN GO TO LONG HORN TO GET FULL.......

Natures Paradise!. Dining here is a cross between going to a local hangout and going to the dining hall at summer camp. Any time of the year it is pretty, serene and placid here. They are quite informal and don't accept reservations, but ask if you can have one of the tables with a lake view. The downside is it's in the smoking section. The upside is the view and the critters. You never know what you'll see.....from Canada geese to blue herons, it's a nature lover's paradise. Be sure to take in a stroll around the lake after dinner, and wear flat shoes! This place is not made for heels. Don't be suprised to have a furry escort back to your car. Several friendly neighborhood pups seem to know the way here. That's the beauty of this place. Come as you are...everyone will feel welcome!

Nice but does need updating!. This place is a quaint little restaurant stuck in the woods on the side of a lake. Yes it definately needs some updates!!! The food is good but is pricey. On saturday evenings they have local bands that play music which is loud but nice. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids on those nights as its loud. I have seen kids out by the lake "fishing" after dinner.

local hang out. This has and probably always will be a great place for locals to come and eat or have a few (or20) drinks. You have to take it for what it's worth. It's just a local family owned restaurant that's pretty good. I use to frequent this place very often and always enjoyed every meal. Don't expect 5 star dining in Mt. Pleasant!! You just kinda have to make yourself at home and enjoy what you get!!

Lake Gross Lodge. To say that my dining experience here was just "bad" would be an understatement. It was horrible. From the minute we walked in the door, we were treated like we were not welcome. It took 30 minutes for a server to even recognize our table. When our food finally came out 45 minutes later, it was less than acceptable. I ordered a "filet" but received two pieces of a ribeye (if that) placed on top of each other. When we discussed our displeasure with our server, she blamed it on the fact that they were "busy", even though there were several empty tables around us. They said the best they could do to make us happy would be FREE DESSERT. Great. Thanks. Unfortunately, we spent money there, but I hopefully we can save someone else from making the same mistake. I would very strongly NOT recommend this restaurant.
